WGA currently serves as the City Engineer for three cities, Amador City, Jackson, Plymouth, and Sutter Creek, and also serves as District Engineer for five utility districts, Union Public Utilities District, Calaveras Public Utilities District, Linden County Water District, Valley Springs Public Utility District, and Bear Valley Water District.

WGA staff has worked in the capacities as Construction Manager, Resident Engineer, and Construction Inspector in both public and privately funded projects.
